At Plate Crate, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your gear in the original box or a similar mailer before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Get Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
