When will my first Plate Crate ship?
Your first crate is processed immediately and typically ships within 3-5 business days. Subsequent monthly crates ship during the first week of every month.
What kind of gear can I expect inside?
Each crate is curated with premium baseball gear, including training aids, apparel, accessories, and snacks from top brands in the industry.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a month or cancel at any time through your customer portal before your next billing cycle.
How do I choose the right size for apparel?
During signup, you will select your player's shirt and pant size. You can update these preferences in your account settings as your athlete grows.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location.
What is your return policy for individual items?
If an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement. We do not accept returns on individual items from the subscription crates.
